Due to Federal law and 802 Bylaws, we cannot accept donations from any employer within or outside of the music industry, nor can we accept donations from any 802 member who acts as an employer of other members, or who is an agent or representative of any employer, or who hires, directs or engages local 802 members on a continuing basis.
